Bielefelder Lehrer*innenbildung
The practical project has been offered at Bielefeld University since winter semester 2007/2008 as an alternative internship model to link theory and practice in the first phase of teacher training.
Students of the subjects German, English and mathematics have the opportunity to carry out their practical phase during the semester at the participating schools and extracurricular departments. For one school semester, the students are assigned to the respective support concepts and supervise e.g. smaller support groups, take over the support of individual pupils or are given specific tasks within the framework of internal differentiation. The main goals of the project are to perceive diversity and heterogeneity as a matter of course and to deal intensively with the learning requirements, learning developments and learning processes of pupils.
